There is a chance that Prisoners will not pass, but do your best to attend to their needs as the better they are treated the more engaged they will be with your reform programs. They will need to attend 10 sessions of 3 hours each for Foundation course, and then they will need to attend 20 sessions of 3 hours each for the General education. For prisoners to attend the General education program they will need to have completed the Foundation education program. You will need a class-room with at least one Desk, although to maximize efficiency I would recommend 10 desks as that is the most you can use within one allotted session.(20 can be used for Foundation but only 10 for General) You will also need 1 office desk to meet the requirements for a classroom.
You will first need to unlock 'Education' from the Bureaucracy menu to be allowed to run education programs.
